On November 15, 2019, the 2019 Shenzhen International Conference on 8K UHD Video Industry Development was held in Shenzhen Wuzhou Hotel. In December 2020, the Global 5G Application Competition 2020, guided by the Shenzhen Municipal Government and hosted by the Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission, was held in the Shenzhen Bay Sports Center. On November 15, 2023, the 25th China International Hi-Tech Fair was held in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian).
